Jaw Crushers

TRIO offers a wide range of sizes of primary and secondary jaw crushers.

They incorporate steeply aligned toggle seats for efficient nip angles and high production rates. The primary models offer hydraulically adjusted wedges for quick and easy adjustments to closed side settings. All sizes incorporate a fixed jaw die configuration with a wrap-around design that protects the crusher frame. Easy-to-maintain cheek plate bolt system. Crushers are driven by extra large, overhead eccentric shafts seated in closely-spaced spherical, self-aligning roller bearings. Comparisons with other brands will show that TRIO crushers are among the most heavy-duty machines available. Important features to consider are: bearing size, shaft size, machine weight.

Cone Crushers

TRIO offers two types of cone crushers: the traditional speed bronze bushing design (TC Series) and the high-speed bronze bushing design (GC Series).

The rugged, reliable, familiar design of the TC Series cones also incorporates modern user-friendly features such as hydraulic tramp relief, and fully hydraulic crusher adjustment. The GC Series cones also use bronze bushings, but have compact designs that run at higher speeds to provide additional reduction capacity and performance.

Horizontal Impact Crushers

TRIO offers two configurations of impact crushers: the APP Series for high-production primary and recycling applications, and the APS Series for high production secondary or recycling applications. All models are available as bare units, and as stationary and portable configurations. The machines are all equipped with solid rotors in either 2, 3 or 4 row blow bar configurations. These extra-heavy duty solid rotor units provide the mass and strength necessary to crush feed material up to 36″. Comparisons with other brands will show that TRIO crushers are among the most heavy-duty machines available. Important features to consider are: bearing size, shaft diameter, total machine weight and blow bar weight.

Vertical Impact Crushers

TRIO’s vertical shaft impact crushers use high-speed rotor or heavy duty open tables.

The machines are offered in a variety of closed rotor or open table configurations. All TRIO crushers are convertible between three styles of crushing chamber designs for maximum flexibility. Configurations options include open shoe table and anvil ring, enclosed rotor and anvil ring, enclosed rotor and rock shelf. This maximizes flexibility and allows the crusher to be configured as needed with the highest performance possible. TRIO’s modular design offers maximum application versatility. Comparisons with other brands will show that TRIO crushers are among the most heavy-duty machines available.
