Diamond Equipment carries Trio's line of bolted Inclined Screens which are designed and manufactured to satisfy the extreme operating duties found in applications throughout the world. These heavy duty units use modern designed, huck-bolted frames to provide long and trouble free operating lives.

These two bearing, circular throw screens are easy to operate and maintain because of readily available parts, and solid huck bolt construction. For maximum versatility, the models are offered in 4', 5', 6', 7', and 8' widths, and in lengths from 10' through 20'.

The circular throw action is developed by combining eccentric shafts with a variable weight counterweight system. The throw serves to move coarse material to the top of the decks, to better enable the finer material to pass through the media openings.

The modular, standardized designs contribute to an overall cost efficiency in this line of screens. Their operating benefits include overall ownership costs, achieved through a combination of low initial capital costs, and minimal maintenance and downtime costs during proper operation.

These Inclined Screens use grease and oil lubrication systems. The vibrating mechanism is comprised of a simple, reliable combination of heavy duty eccentric shafts and rotating within large, oversize bearings.
