Belt Conveyors
Diamond carries TRIO Belt Conveyors. Trio Conveyors offer comprehensive conveyor design and manufacturing services for stationary or mobile applications. Their capability ranges from simple individual Trio conveyors to complete design, engineering and supply of complex material handling systems.
TRIO can deliver some of the most rugged units in the industry with short lead-times and competitive pricing. Many modular designs, well suited for economical container shipment to global destinations.
Channel Conveyor
CFC Series Channel Frame Conveyor
Trio® CFC Series are C8 structural steel channel frame conveyors with welded cross bracing that will span 20’. These are typically used for short bulk material transfer or stacking applications.
CSTK Series Stackable Channel Frame Conveyor
Our CSTK Series conveyors have a 27” deep frame made from an 8” channel bottom cord with tubing uprights that support a tubular top cord. The idlers and belting are installed inside the frame for simple conveyor transport.
Overland Conveyor
GLCC Series Overland Channel Frame Conveyors
Trio® GLCC Series or ground-line conveyors are overland channel frame with 20’ intermediate bolt- together sections. The 40’ head section and 30’ tail section are skid mounted and of I-Beam/channel construction.
GLC Series Overland Catenary Frame Conveyors
Our GLC Series or ground-line conveyors are overland catenary style with 10’ intermediate pipe sections. The 40’ head section and 30’ tail section are skid mounted and of I-Beam/channel construction.
Truss Conveyor
Trio® truss frame belt conveyors are fabricated from angle iron into 24”, 30”, 36” and 42” deep truss sections depending on the spanning distance required.
Our truss frame conveyors have bolt together frame sections for simple assembly and economical shipping. Standard conveyor widths are 24” to 42” with lengths from 40’ to 4,000’.
TFC Series Truss Frame Conveyor
Trio® TFC Series are truss frame conveyors in bolt together sections equally spaced to accommodate an A frame type support from 40’ to 4,000’.
RSC Series Radial Stacking Truss Conveyor
Our RSC Series are truss frame conveyors with a wheel mounted undercarriage support, designed to transverse an arc pathway and stack bulk materials in a radial stockpile.
PRSC Series Portable Radial Stacking Truss Conveyor
The PRSC Series are truss frame conveyors with a highway tow transport wheeled undercarriage. They are designed to transverse an arc pathway and stack bulk materials in a radial stockpile.
TSKT Series Stackable Truss Frame Conveyor
Trio® TSKT Series truss frame conveyors are built in fixed lengths with idlers and belting installed inside a 30” deep truss section and is stackable for transport purposes.
FTC Series Field Truss Frame Conveyor/Grasshopper
Our FTC Series or Grasshopper conveyors are 30” deep truss frame, fixed length transfer conveyors designed to be on-site re-locatable by towing.
PFTC Series Portable Field Truss Frame Conveyor/Grasshopper
Trio® PFTC Series or Grasshopper conveyors are 30” deep truss frame, fixed length transfer conveyors designed to be on-site re-locatable and highway portable by towing.
Tunnel Conveyor
STC8 Series Modular Steel Surge Tunnel
Trio® STC8 Series modular steel surge tunnels are a manufactured square tunnel fabricated from structural steel, I-Beam, channel iron, angle iron, tubing and plate steel.
STC10 Series Modular Steel Surge Tunnel
Trio® STC10 Series modular steel surge tunnels are a manufactured 10’ wide tunnel fabricated from structural steel, I-Beam, channel iron, angle iron, tubing and plate steel.
